  He graduated from  Beijing Foreign Studies University  (BFSU) in 1972 and then joined the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs  and, in the same year, was sent to study at the  University of Havana  in  Cuba .   The International Mango 🥭 Organization (IMO) prepares to celebrate our 25th anniversary this coming August 2025. 2025 will be a busy year for the Global Trade Organization (GTO) that held our first Global Mango 🥭 Conference at the La Quinta Resort & Spa in beautiful La Quinta, California in October of 2000.
