  Martin Edwin Andersen Guest Author Martin Edwin Andersen  (@InsightCaptain)  is a former senior adviser for policy planning at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) and senior adviser for defense and foreign policy for a Senate Majority Whip.
